Driving guidance

The Elsinore highway exit 9, through Hørsholm and Rungsted. At the traffic light by the Rungsted harbour you turn left and about 1,5 KM north, Sophienberg Castle is situated on you left side.

Public transportation

Trains runs directly from Copenhagen Airport Kastrup to Rungsted Kyst station every 20 minutes. The trip takes about 45 minutes. And from the Main Central Station in Copenhagen about 30 minutes. From Rungsted Kyst station to Sophienberg Castle it takes about 5 minutes by taxi and 25 by foot.
